Bill Krueger, President and CEO of Lansing and President of LES
Biography
Bill joined Lansing in 1995 and assumed the position of Vice President – Trading. Bill was appointed to Lansing’s Board of Managers in 1996. In 2002, he was named COO, a role in which his primary objective was to restructure the business from a "C" corporation to a Limited Liability Company in order to facilitate an investment by The Andersons. Bill was named President in 2003 and CEO in 2005. He previously worked for The Scoular Company, an agricultural marketing company, and ConAgra, a packaged foods company. Bill has traded several commodities in his career, with an emphasis on wheat, and more recently, ethanol. Bill serves on most of the partner company Boards for Lansing while also having both profit and not for profit Board experience. Bill is an invited attendee at board meetings of The Andersons, Inc.

Scott Mills, EVP – N. American Trading
Biography
Scott joined Lansing in 1997 as a Location Manager. Prior to joining Lansing, Scott worked for The Scoular Company and DeBruce Grain. Scott served as a VP and Director of Marketing for Corn and Feed Ingredients for Lansing for many years before taking over the role of General Manager - LES. In 2008, Scott began his management of all N. American Trading. He continues to serve on Lansing's Board of Managers.

Tom Irmen, EVP – Strategy & Development
Biography
Tom began working with Lansing in 2003 as an employee of The Andersons, and was named Vice President – Business Development in January 2005. In June 2005, Tom became a full-time Lansing employee with business development, management, administrative and service agreement management responsibilities. Tom was appointed EVP-Strategy & Development in 2008 from which he works with Lansing management team and employees in helping to grow the Company’s future through aligning strategic direction and Company growth. Tom has 26 years of experience in the industry and has a strong background in grain origination, futures and risk management.

Tom Carew, EVP – General Counsel
Biography
After working as the lead partner on the Lansing Trade Group, LLC account at Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP for 10 years, Tom joined Lansing as EVP – General Counsel in 2009. Over his 26 year career, Tom has developed an extensive understanding of business law coupled with outstanding business acumen, allowing him to contribute to nearly every area of the Company. He has served as general counsel for numerous local and regional corporations, advising them on matters such as corporate law, contract law, business succession, employment law, environmental issues and estate planning. His business transactional experience has included all types of asset, corporate and partnership purchases, sales and reorganizations.

Mike Lemke, VP – Grains & Facilities
Biography
Mike's grain trading career started in 1983. He joined Lansing in 1997 when he opened the Company's Minneapolis, MN office with a focus on trading wheat. He relocated to Lansing's corporate offices in Overland Park, Kansas, in 2006. In leveraging his background of constructing and oversight of a unit train loading operation, Mike has expended his management of the Grains Division to include Lansing's Facilities Division as well. Mike has board experience with the National Grain & Feed Association and a shuttle train grain business.

Chuck Lapke, VP – Feed Ingredients
Biography
Chuck joined Lansing in 2002 with over 16 years of merchandising experience and has since held various management positions within the Company. Chuck has strong knowledge of the domestic and international markets and experience in grain merchandising, biofuels trading and risk management. In 2008, Chuck was promoted to Vice President assuming responsibility for managing the Feed Ingredients division and directing the recruiting and organizational development activities at Lansing.

Steve Speck, VP – International
Biography
Steve joined Lansing August 2009, bringing over 20 years of industry experience with him. Steve oversees Lansing’s International activity that is focused on the Asia/China region. Steve is actively trading a soybean export position from the Americas to various destinations. Steve's trading experience fits well with Lansing by uniting key elements of Lansing's growth strategy and structure. Steve comes from an agricultural background, having grown up on a farm.

Mark O'Donnell, – Accounting & Credit
Biography
Mark joined Lansing in 2005 as Controller, and was promoted to VP – Finance (LES) in 2006. In 2008, Mark assumed the responsibilities of establishing trading operations in South America. Upon his return from Argentina, Mark moved into his current position in managing the Company's accounting and credit. Prior to joining Lansing, Mark was an assurance manager at KPMG, primarily serving commodity traders and food processors.

Weston Heide, VP – Finance & Administration
Biography
Weston joined Lansing in 2008 and is charged with negotiation and management of the Company's banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury functions. He also oversees the Company's IT and HR departments. Weston's background includes management consulting in the energy industry with focus on strategy, risk management and operational areas. Prior to joining Lansing, Weston was a senior manager in the Capital Markets consulting practice at Deloitte & Touche.

Eric Watts, VP – Strategy & Development
Biography
Eric joined Lansing in 2008 with over 10 years of experience in domestic and international agricultural cash and financial based trading. He began his grain merchandising career with ConAgra where he held a variety of leadership positions ranging from business development to managing physical supply chain for bulk liquid transportation via rail, truck, barge, container and vessel. Eric also has risk management experience involving the trading of several financial derivative markets. Eric's focus is currently on development of opportunities within the Lansing strategy, moving these toward implementation and integration within the Company.
