with product ranging from bulk cargos of soybean and soy meal to containers of specialized food-grade beans. We source wheat grown in Canada to
wheat mills in both the U.S. and Canada. Over the years, our merchandisers have developed an extensive network of relationships with both buyers
and sellers. These relationships, and the market insight they provide, allow us to service our customer base economically and efficiently.

Steve Speck
Lansing Trade Group is pleased to announce Steve Speck has joined the company as Vice President-Soybean Trade Group. Steve brings over 20 years of industry experience, with his most recent work being focused on soybean export activity from the Americas to various destinations. Steve's trading experience fits well with Lansing by uniting key elements of Lansing's growth strategy and structure. Steve will add a key dynamic as Lansing develops and grows in the soybean trading business. Steve is located in the Company's Maumee, Ohio office. He comes from an ag background, having grown up on a farm and received a degree in agricultural economics from The Ohio State University.

Dale Krukemyer
Dale Krukemyer joined Lansing in August 2009 as the Company's International Trade Flow Manager. Prior to joining Lansing, Dale merchandised
grain and managed exports for a large grain trading company. Dale has diverse experience in the grain industry including grain originations,
producer marketing, logistics coordination, and management of identity preserved grain programs.

Gert McClure
Gert McClure joined the Lansing Trade Group in the fall of 2009 and works out the Ontario office. Gert has been involved
in the Eastern Canadian grain markets for 29 years and brings with her experience in elevator operations, producer
marketing programs and corn trading.

Ken Whitelaw
Ken Whitelaw joined Lansing in the fall of 2009 as a Grain Merchant working for the new Ontario trading office focusing on wheat.
He brings 10 years of industry experience working for a large grain trading company and a producer organization. This experience
has given Ken the opportunity to work with everyone in the supply chain from the grower to seed companies, elevators, feed and
flour mills along with other end users and export markets.

Sue Gordon
Sue Gordon joined Lansing Trade Group in the fall of 2009 as a Grain Merchant working for the new Ontario trading office.
Sue specializes in Non -GMO soybeans, dry beans and organic products. She has spent her entire career in the agricultural
industry developing knowledge and expertise in this specialized field. She is eager to share this information with her
customers and grower base alike. In 2007, she earned a professional designation as a Certified International Trade Professional
which has been an asset to servicing her international clients.

Doug Beddome
Doug has been in the grain business in various capacities for the past 15 years, with the past 8 years
largely focused on international trade in both container and bulk exports. Doug comes to Lansing with
a strong trading background in both agricultural commodities and container freight. He is a graduate
of Ball State University.

Todd Willeke
Todd is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He joined Lansing in January of 2007 to trade export containers to Southeast Asia. Today he is trading corn, soybeans, wheat and DDGS into Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Manila, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
